Judy Hoehn joined Phillips Plastics in 2002 as a hiring and retention manager and served in numerous people services roles before being promoted to her current position as vice president of people services. She has more than 25 years of human resource experience, and prior to joining Phillips, Hoehn was employed at Cray Research, Inc. and Silicon Graphics.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Mount Senario College.
