Runde began working at the First National Bank of Platteville 30 years ago, and today is president and CEO. Runde sits on the board of directors of Bankers’ Bank in Madison. He is also a member of the American Bankers Association (ABA), currently serving on the Community Bankers Council and previously serving on the ABA’s Education Foundation and American Institute of Banking. In addition, Runde is a past president of the Wisconsin Bankers Association. In Platteville, Runde is active with the Airport Commission Board and serves on the Platteville Area Industrial Development Corp. Board. He also serves on the finance council at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Runde received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa.
